Lead and coordinate operation team to meet delivery requirements; Set and review line performance KPI targets; Drive the team to achieve KPIs such as Move, CT, wafer out and CLIP; Develop and maintain operation dashboards and management reports; Co-work with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, cycle time, throughput and capacity planning; Drive process standardization, simplification, remove redundancy to achieve productivity goal; Lead Continuous improvement projects on waste elimination, cost reduction, automation and productivity improvement.
