- Penultimate year students / students graduating in 2027 are welcome to apply
- Outstanding academic performance and strong record of extracurricular activity
- Strong research/analysis experience and abilities, including excellent Excel skills
- Able to work creatively and analytically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
