## About the role You will play a key role in structuring complex problems, developing recommendations, and ensuring projects deliver meaningful and sustainable impact. Examples of engagements may include: - Developing a core cards platform for a retail bank in Latin America - Developing a generative artificial intelligence strategy for a retail bank in Latin America - Revamping the organization and target operating model for the collections function of a state-owned commercial bank - Formulating a growth strategy for the payments business of a fintech payment services company - Designed an asset management strategy for a Universal bank in Latin America On a day-to-day basis, you will: - Lead project teams to analyse complex challenges and deliver strategic recommendations for financial institutions - Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies for senior client stakeholders - Manage project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong collaboration, and timely outcomes - Build trusted relationships with client leaders and facilitate productive discussions and decision-making - Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment - Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client engagement ## Requirements - Adept at relationship building and client management across various levels. - Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect - 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in top-tier consulting, financial services, or a related industry with demonstrated consulting experience - Deep expertise in banking, payments, fintech or asset management - Experience in digital or technology strategy in the financial institutions sector - Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands - Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross- ## What we offer Who You'll Work With industry.
