Assignment Description
We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join an agile team responsible for managing, maintaining, and further developing a portfolio of HR-related applications within a large banking environment.
What You Will Work On
Analyze and understand business requirements within the HR domain
Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions
Develop and maintain both backend and frontend components
Enhance and modernize existing HR applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to deliver business value
Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities
Improve application quality, performance, and maintainability
Support modernization of legacy applications and technologies
Contribute to technical discussions, solution architecture, and best practices
Drive continuous improvements in development processes and ways of working
What You Bring
Several years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development
Strong experience with both backend and frontend development
Experience working across the full application stack
Solid understanding of business-oriented application development
Experience working in agile teams and development environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to quickly understand and navigate existing systems and codebases
