Responsibilities
Lead selected strategic projects and programs within the Holding Company and across the VIG Group. Ensure successful outcomes and effective collaboration among all parties involved throughout the entire project lifecycle. Resolve dependencies, conflicts, and issues between stakeholders promptly and effectively. Prepare and conduct project portfolio reporting and reviews at Group and Holding Company level for IT Management and the respective Management Boards. Actively support the project management community across the Group by facilitating the exchange of best practices and experience. Act as a trusted sparring partner for the Management Boards of local Group companies on project management-related matters.
