Responsibilities
Take overall technical ownership of Space and/or Ground Systems from development through on-orbit verification; Lead requirements management including development, validation, verification, and change management; Lead technical risk management including identification, qualification, mitigation, and resolution; Develop top-level requirements and flow them down to lower levels; Serve as primary technical POC to customers and contractors; Develop working knowledge of satellite platforms, operations systems, and payloads; Proactively communicate scope or performance changes to program managers; Develop and maintain mission documentation; Support sales engineering in technical concept development and budgeting
