Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support; Drive multiple concurrent FCR implementation projects while managing timelines, risks, scope, and customer expectations; Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on consolidation processes, reporting, and planning; Design and develop sophisticated financial statements, management reports, dashboards, and budgeting/forecasting templates; Build multidimensional reporting structures and financial analytics models; Review and optimize existing financial close and reporting processes; Facilitate workshops with Finance leadership and teams; Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions; Mentor and support implementation consultants and delivery team members.
