Own day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and the monthly/quarterly/annual close in NetSuite; prepare financial dashboards for leadership; serve as the company's primary owner for Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS/withholding tax, corporate income tax, PF/PT, STPI); act as an authorized initiator on corporate banking platforms for payments, payroll, fixed deposits, forex/travel advances, and intercompany funding; manage monthly payroll approval/processing and oversee F&F settlements for exiting employees; maintain and improve processes across supporting finance systems; support internal, external, statutory, and GST audits; manage outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax consultant relationships; manage, mentor, and develop the India finance team; oversee the global AP/AR cycle
