Responsibilities
Define and mature role-based access control (RBAC) and software provisioning patterns across enterprise systems. Design and maintain automated joiner, mover, and leaver workflows for user lifecycle management. Architect, build, and troubleshoot complex API-based integrations between enterprise systems. Manage identity and access management workflows including authentication, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management. Define and manage infrastructure and services running in public cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Own the technical strategy for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex infrastructure and identity issues. Establish technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for IT infrastructure and automation. Mentor other members of the IT team.
