Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions; Drive and manage 8D investigations and root cause analysis; Develop and maintain FAIRs, PPAP documentation, and AQL sampling plans; Provide engineering support for Gage R&R studies, MSA, and inspection procedure development; Support new product introduction (NPI) through validation and risk mitigation (PFMEA); Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems; Interface with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to drive process consistency; Participate in internal and supplier audits; Manage quality-related documentation; Partner with supply chain to ensure supplier quality metrics.
