Responsibilities
Deploy and configure AI platforms across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments; Install and validate hardware, networking, and compute infrastructure; Support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure; Perform site readiness assessments, hardware installation, rack mounting, and cable management; Deploy and maintain containerized applications within CI/CD workflows; Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with incident management; Support software patching, upgrades, logging, and maintenance; Assist with backup verification, disaster recovery testing, and preventive maintenance; Serve as on-site technical liaison between customers and internal teams; Maintain technical documentation including deployment reports and SOPs; Support system validation and customer acceptance testing; Escalate technical risks and provide project status updates
