Lead and manage a team of Engineers for vehicle mechanical, propulsion, and fluid systems; Work in Mission Control as console operator during test campaigns and launches; Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS); Create and improve test plans, operational procedures, and checklists; Design and implement Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs); Lead operational readiness reviews, training simulations, and mission rehearsals; Perform real-time troubleshooting and data analysis during live operations; Conduct post-test and post-launch data analysis; Develop comprehensive training programs and qualification matrices; Lead structured root-cause analysis and corrective action programs; Drive development of Neutron vehicle operations procedures and testing campaigns
