Proactively communicate with design engineering and product teams to understand component needs; Work with Electronics Category Managers on sourcing decisions; Establish relationships with manufacturers to understand roadmaps; Lead RFX process for electronic components; Own quarterly Material Spend Reporting; Support negotiations of Axon pricing at the component level; Identify and manage cost reduction opportunities; Identify supply chain risks and qualify additional sources; Assist in negotiating optimal contract terms; Lead supplier selection process for new products; Participate in periodic business reviews with key suppliers; Own the development and maintenance of the approved manufacturer's list.
