Own monthly reconciliation of inventory related accounts including physical counts vs. system records; Prepare and post inventory-related journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reclasses; Partner with Supply Chain to analyze inventory movements, waste, shrinkage, yield, and cost variances; Ensure accurate COGS recognition related to food and packaging; Participate in the monthly close process; Identify inventory and costing issues and propose solutions; Prepare and maintain inventory rollforwards; Support internal controls and external audits; Support ERP processes and improvements; Perform P&L and Balance Sheet analysis related to inventory and costs.
