Responsibilities
Perform routine building maintenance tasks to systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry; Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) or maintenance plans in order to perform preventative maintenance; Conduct site-wide maintenance to our facilities, including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/flooring tiles, and carpet; Coordinate complex projects or maintenance across a variety of disciplines; Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed; Open, track, and resolve work orders on a CMMS and lead basic preventative maintenance tasks
