Calculate and maintain global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740; Prepare and review US federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns; Support international tax compliance including transfer pricing and Pillar 2; Maintain and reconcile consolidated deferred tax assets/liabilities; Manage US multi-state sales and use tax compliance for SaaS products; Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition tax integration; Partner with Legal on inter-company arrangements; Support tax audits and R&D tax credit studies; Contribute to process improvements and evaluate tax technology tools
