SAR Analyst, Fincrime Intelligence and Reporting, Ongoing Monitoring
Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain formal accreditation to carry out specific responsibilities on behalf of Tide's Nominated Officer; Collating information and writing comprehensive reports relating to all types of financial crime for inclusion within notifications to Law Enforcement Agencies, including SAR submissions; Supporting in complex, proactive investigations by ensuring we report the right information at the right time to external partners; Providing assurance by reviewing the outcomes and decisions of cases; Providing feedback, leading workshops and training sessions; Confident in calling out potential efficiencies in our tools and processes, making recommendations for process improvements; Managing your own case load to meet performance targets; Consistently reaching the targets for Productivity and Quality; Establishing good relationships with various departments throughout the organisation; Treating Tide members fairly by taking responsibility to ensure that their needs are met.
Required skills
1 to 3 years of experience in a financial crime investigations, compliance or QA related role in financial services; Specialising in business-related anti-money laundering/fraud investigations; Ability to work well as part of a team; Decisive; Goal-oriented; Proactive; Strong stakeholder management skills; A proactive and open-minded approach to finding effective solutions; A genuinely curious mindset; A keen eye for process improvements; Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
