Lead and grow a multi-team organization of managers and senior engineers; Define and execute the vision for developer experience including build, test, deployment, and AI-augmented workflows; Own the strategy and rollout of AI tooling across the SDLC; Ensure availability, performance, and security of engineer-dependent systems; Drive evolution of CI/CD pipelines to be faster, more reliable, and self-service; Establish metrics to drive measurable improvement in developer productivity; Partner with security, legal, and AI leadership to set policy for AI-generated code and data handling; Own the budget, tooling investments, and vendor relationships for the developer experience portfolio; Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering leaders.
