Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and execute manual and automated tests across integration, system, functional, exploratory, regression, smoke, and sanity levels; Create and maintain Test Plan and Test Strategy documents; Participate in agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives; Mentor peers, perform code reviews, and participate in QA hiring; Produce defect metrics and reporting on the full QA process; Raise risks and blockers early; Promote quality assurance by owning the testing process; Collaborate with clients and the QA Guild to improve processes and adopt new standards.
