Responsibilities
Build and maintain automation for deployment, upgrade, patching, backup, and recovery workflows; Own and improve release engineering workflows for customer-managed deployments; Work on systems to help engineering teams deliver features safely in self-hosted environments; Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure; Partner with engineering teams to improve SDLC efficiency and operational consistency; Support Linux-based environments including networking, kernel upgrades, and container runtime operations; Drive better vulnerability management practices across build and runtime environments; Improve deployment models across virtualized and private infrastructure environments; Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and recovery planning; Define and monitor key operational metrics around reliability and release quality
