Maintain safety-first culture and meet environmental, health, quality, and safety performance metrics; Serve as primary Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner and core member of Food Safety and Crisis Management Team; Oversee day-to-day FC operations, drive performance, prepare operating reports, and establish KPIs; Lead receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and inbound warehouse operations; Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective action planning; Oversee daily receiving for timely unloading, inspection, and documentation; Develop inventory management strategies to optimize space and efficiency; Lead and motivate teams across receiving, inventory, and shipping functions; Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve performance; Champion continuous improvement initiatives; Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams; Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team.
