Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing while aligning with company terms; Manage the entire procurement process in Coupa in partnership with key business owners and stakeholders; Track and monitor software license renewals to ensure timely renewal of services; Partner with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies; Prepare and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities; Maintain constant communication with vendors to address and resolve day-to-day issues.
