Responsibilities
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; Perform final QA inspections on outbound customer orders; Document and maintain accurate records of all food products including discarded and damaged items; Verify accuracy of records; Identify and report potential food safety or quality problems; Use heatmap data to identify and address packing errors upstream; Manage time and changing priorities to minimize downtime; Train new team members according to company processes; Serve as backup to QC Supervisor and QC Lead
