Responsibilities
Own complete design release of compute/connectivity hardware including mechanical, thermal, electrical, and network integration; Drive full product lifecycle from concept to sustaining engineering; Oversee generation and release of engineering documentation (models, drawings, BOM, specs, test reports); Define and maintain Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R); Lead Engineering Change (ECN) process; Act as primary interface to suppliers tracking part maturity through DV, PV, and PPAP phases; Build partnerships across Systems Engineering, Autonomy, Software, Quality, and Vehicle Integration teams; Lead technical program reviews and design readiness assessments; Provide regular updates to technical leadership on design maturity and validation progress
