Prepare and maintain regular operational and performance reports; Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple delivery teams; Track key metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service levels; Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates; Support project and engagement documentation; Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers for data submissions; Monitor basic risks, issues, and dependencies; Maintain audit-ready documentation; Support ad hoc reporting requests.
