Responsibilities
Monitor cloud, AI, infrastructure, software, and technology spend to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities; Maintain cost dashboards, forecasts, allocation models, and management reporting; Support IT budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, renewals, procurement reviews, and business cases; Track governance activities including policy exceptions, control gaps, risks, audit evidence, and remediation actions; Support vendor and contract reviews including service commitments, renewal timelines, performance indicators, and improvement actions; Contribute to IT service management controls across incident, problem, change, request, and service level management processes; Prepare clear reporting and insights for IT leadership and key stakeholders; Maintain documentation, governance trackers, playbooks, and process evidence to support audit readiness.
