Responsibilities
Develop and optimize delivery standards and processes for IDC cabinet and network equipment delivery; Manage the full lifecycle of network delivery including site surveys and design; Monitor delivery projects to identify risks and ensure SLA compliance; Plan and operate network delivery resources to improve delivery capability; Integrate cross-functional processes from demand planning to resource procurement and delivery.
