Responsibilities
Execute defined workstreams on technology due diligence, IT integration, IT carve-out/separation, and technology/digital value creation engagements; Gather, organize and analyze client information relating to product technology, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, organization, costs and contracts; Participate in management interviews, workshops and client meetings; Develop clear quantitative and qualitative analyses, including IT cost baselines, one-time cost estimates, synergy opportunities, TSA considerations, risk assessments and implementation roadmaps; Draft high-quality client deliverables that synthesize findings, identify transaction impacts, and support practical recommendations and decision-making; Manage assigned activities against project plans, timelines and quality standards; Coordinate effectively with PwC specialists and cross-functional Deals teams; Review and guide the work of Associates, provide timely coaching and feedback; Support proposal development, market research, practice-building initiatives, methodology enhancement and the development of technology-enabled tools and insights
