Advise leaders and workers on health and safety matters and WHS legislation; Plan and facilitate risk management processes (Risk Assessments, JSEAs, Audits, Inspections); Maintain and update GHSE system; Provide compliance advice and governance; Assist with site visits, inspections, and incident investigations; Coordinate training delivery to employees and contractors; Monitor incident investigation trending data; Develop interdepartmental relationships for training needs; Liaise with frontline workers for safety interactions and onsite inspections
