Responsibilities
Manage accounting delivery for assigned clients covering GL, R2R, AP, O2C, and close activities; Coordinate preparation and review of statutory and management reporting packs; Monitor service delivery performance against agreed service levels; Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals before senior approval; Act as escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns; Lead and coach team members including workload planning and performance management; Partner with client controllers to explain close status and balance sheet movements; Drive standardization of process steps and reporting routines; Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities; Support internal, external, tax, and statutory audits; Support transitions and onboarding for new entities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies; Track capacity, utilization, and delivery economics.
