Support the Recon Manager in overseeing daily reconditioning operations, Drive production to meet frontline commitments and inventory targets, Monitor aging units and ensure timely completion, Partner with technicians, parts, and vendors to remove roadblocks, Maintain high quality, cost control, and safety standards across all repairs, Validate recommended repairs and adherence to Reconditioning Standards, Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and team accountability, Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
