Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the project Basis of Schedule, establish and manage the project master schedule, apply resource loading for optimal crew/staffing plans, calculate and manage Earned Value KPIS and progress tracking with S curves, coordinate project progress tracking with the GC and relevant stakeholders, facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS), establish the project critical path and monitor/report throughout the project, incorporate scope changes into the schedule, provide analysis of impacts/deviations and propose mitigation measures, provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reporting inputs of plan vs actual.
