Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated baseline and update schedules for assessment, procurement, construction, and restoration activities. Build critical path schedules, logic ties, milestones, resource assumptions, and recovery scenarios. Review subcontractor schedules and progress submissions for completeness and consistency. Analyze delays, schedule risks, float, and changes; recommend mitigation and resequencing actions. Prepare schedule narratives, look ahead plans, dashboards, and progress reports. Coordinate with construction managers, estimators, logistics, and field teams to validate activity durations and constraints.
