Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety, health, and environmental requirements; Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations; Review contractors' HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work systems; Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs; Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, hot works, and energy isolation; Track HSE performance metrics and prepare regular safety reports; Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure site emergency preparedness.
