Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data; Maintain UI automation using Playwright with Python; Perform API testing and automation using Rest Assured, Java, and TestNG; Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing; Perform accessibility testing and validate applications against basic WCAG standards; Perform basic performance testing using JMeter or similar tools; Identify, report, and track defects and work closely with developers for resolution; Maintain automation frameworks and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines; Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status and quality risks.
