Responsibilities
Develop and maintain standard costs for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials; Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor routings, and manufacturing overhead allocations; Review and validate product cost structures within ERP system; Monitor and analyze material, labor, and overhead costs; Investigate manufacturing variances; Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting; Reconcile inventory balances and ensure compliance with accounting standards; Assist with inventory valuation, reserves, and cycle count analysis; Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.
