Responsibilities
Coordinate work permits (PTW, TRA/JSA) and validate safety documents before work starts; Supervise installation, modification, removal, and pre-commissioning within assigned scope; Monitor daily manpower, equipment, and progress; Coordinate with Construction Manager, Operations, EPCM, QA/QC, and HSE teams; Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and stop work for unsafe conditions; Maintain daily site records and report incidents; Manage shift handovers and worksite reinstatement.
