Responsibilities
Manage contract costs and report changes to PMO; Raise PO requisitions after commercial approval; Liaise on payment certificates and pre-payment agreements; Communicate with Commercial team to review and validate cashflow and cost-to-complete forecasts; Use CEMAR for change data reporting and baseline updates; Use SAGE to pull actuals; Prepare annual financial statements and future commitments; Support Finance with monthly funding claims and spend forecasts; Compile and analyze factors influencing costs; Prepare monthly cost reports to monitor project expenditure; Attend cost control and project progress review meetings with clients and internal managers; Support validation of project monthly dashboards; Manage cost risk and opportunity assessments; Contribute to benchmarking and best practice initiatives.
