Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for multiple sites, develop and maintain site-level tracking, manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment, track and report New Construction KPIs, resolve MEP-related delays and RFIs, ensure compliance with quality standards including third-party commissioning, oversee MEP components of new construction and retrofit programs, verify ECM sequences, collaborate on sustainability initiatives, deliver MEP systems on time and within budget, coordinate BMS network readiness with IT, identify and escalate site-level risks, document and standardize EBMS workflows
