Develop sourcing plans and inventory replenishment schedules; monitor and request plannings at sourcing partners to adjust production schedules; partner with Demand Planning, Sales Service, and Business Managers to resolve supply chain issues; support S&OP by providing inventory, supply, capacity, and logistics insights; manage inventory levels to achieve customer service objectives while optimizing working capital; analyze safety stock levels, inventory targets, forecasting inputs, and trends; generate and maintain inventory reports and dashboards; create and manage Stock Transfer Order Purchase Orders (STO POs) and intercompany inventory movements; coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory control activities; support repackaging, decoration, and special project activities; provide analytical support for business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
