Provide day-to-day engineering support on the manufacturing shop floor, respond to and resolve technical queries from production teams, support manufacturing activities and investigate production issues, provide guidance to operators on engineering and manufacturing processes, support and train shop-floor employees in the effective use of the MES platform, help ensure manufacturing information and digital work instructions are correctly understood and followed, identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, escalate complex technical issues to appropriate engineering teams, support continuous improvement activities across the production environment
