Responsibilities
Review internal monitoring reports on AS400 to verify download priorities; Support leader with tools (scanners, forklifts, system access, computers, printers, radios); Verify correct task assignment by the leader; Ensure quality department has assigned personnel for material releases; Monitor email for pending items, client requests, and management communications; Monitor radio frequency for requests; Train new leaders; Create management-requested reports; Know and practice receiving area procedures; Propose operational improvements for quality and speed; Provide feedback or sanctions to leader/team for continuous improvement, productivity, and safety; Ensure leader maintains full staffing; Validate 100% of breaks, vacations, overtime, and payroll managed by the leader; Verify balanced meal schedules to prevent operational stoppages; Receive shift handover emails from the leader; Communicate operational initiatives/strategies from the Receiving Supervisor to the team; Provide timely feedback or recognition to the team for goal achievement; Contribute to safety and quality management system (SIGO) per procedures; Apply ISO 45001 and legal/corporative EHS regulations; Follow up on operational measures to reduce labor incidents; Implement and maintain sustainability, traceability, and chain of custody requirements for ISCC certification
