Provide engineering support to develop work scopes and manage requirements, manage engineering support for assigned systems, offer guidance to Lead and Project Engineers, assist in recruitment and development of engineering personnel, deputise for Head of Engineering and other Engineering Managers, promote best practices and ensure correct behaviours, lead competency assessments and career development initiatives, ensure effective communication of Learning from Experience, collaborate with stakeholders to support efficient programme delivery, oversee management of consultants and contractors, work closely with BIM/CAD teams to integrate engineering solutions, adhere to site Safety Management Arrangements, chair meetings and design reviews, support programme optioneering and project planning, review and approve project documentation, ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards and site-authorised conditions, comply with all Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Quality policies, deliver engineering presentations and reports
