Represent product, test, and package requirements in design reviews; own package and thermal selection and qualification plans; own the NPI schedule and cross-functional risk register; own product cost and unit-cost roadmap; execute qualification planning per JEDEC and AEC-Q100 requirements; prepare product-release documentation and compliance evidence; monitor production data to identify and correct yield/quality deficiencies; optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC, and disposition limits; create and maintain product BOMs in PLM systems; support customer-return and RMA investigations; own the product through end of life; provide technical direction and sign off reviews across cross-functional teams; mentor product and test engineers
