Deploy and maintain HSE Management System across all Thailand operations; Lead Workplace Risk Assessments and implement risk controls for occupational health hazards; Ensure all workplace incidents are reported, documented, and investigated with root cause analysis; Develop, maintain, and test the country Emergency Response Plan; Manage contractor and third-party HSE requirements including pre-qualification and audits; Implement occupational health programs and manage medical surveillance; Lead country-level environmental compliance covering emissions, waste, and water resources; Design and deliver HSE training programs to build a zero-harm culture; Monitor changes in Thai HSE legislation and manage relationships with regulatory authorities; Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to country leadership and regional teams
