Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management for electrical infrastructure work packages. Coordinate interfaces between power systems, utilities, SCADA, communications, signaling, and other disciplines. Manage utilities, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and commissioning teams. Oversee integration and delivery of substations, utility interconnections, and distribution systems. Support permitting, utility coordination, regulatory approvals, and compliance activities. Lead construction oversight, testing, commissioning, defect resolution, and final system acceptance.
