Supervise daily Income Audit and revenue reconciliation across departments; Review and reconcile revenue reports from operational systems; Investigate revenue discrepancies and posting errors; Monitor guest and city ledgers and receivable balances; Manage credit applications, limits, and overdue accounts; Follow up on outstanding AR balances; Support collection activities with corporate clients; Assist in month-end closing and financial report preparation; Supervise and coach the Credit & Income team; Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
