Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of Master Plans, Concept Plans, Zonal Plans, and Layout Plans; Support planning of roads, transportation networks, storm water drainage, water supply, sewerage, and solid waste management systems; Prepare GIS maps and spatial databases; Analyze satellite imagery, survey data, and land records; Generate thematic maps and planning drawings; Assist in preparation of Feasibility Reports, Concept Reports, PDRs, DPRs, Tender Documents, and BOQs; Coordinate with survey teams and conduct site visits to collect field data; Validate survey information and identify planning constraints; Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, environmental consultants, and government authorities; Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
