Ensure manufacturing of Product In-line with Principle of Product liability, Associate management - Head count planning and Ensuring shop floor discipline, Production management - Delivery as per plan,Material availability and reporting ,work allocation and Tool & consumable management, Deviation reporting and Management, Cooperation with cross functional departments, Estimation of the employee requirements, Trouble shooting in operations management, Cooperation for Audits (internal, external), Improve the cost efficiency & identify areas for cost optimization, Data logging for management information, Ensure general conduct inline with safety and other BOSCH guidelines and procedures, Identify and review improvement potential through change initiatives e.g BPS,CIP, Ensure adherence to QMS Standards, Inventory management (WIP Management,stock reconciliation,preparation of stock take,quarantined material), Review of KPI Status (SQCD Board) with CFT team, Coordination for sample manufacturing
