Conduct detailed onsite walk-through surveys to inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, building envelopes, and site improvements; Capture high-resolution photographs and digital documentation of building systems and deficiencies; Interview property owners and facilities managers to gather operational history and maintenance logs; Perform meticulous data entry ensuring accuracy against quality standards; Collaborate with senior staff to review and validate findings; Travel up to 75% of the time, including internationally, to various facility locations
